I very much appreciate Spring Medical Group and all their staff. I see Dr Lin who is always very thorough and actually really listens to what I have to say. He takes extra time if needed which is wonderful, and is always kind and gentle. The nurses and receptionists are always friendly. It's the only medical centre I will go to, to be honest.

I booked with Spring Medical Group today for the first time. They fit me right in, I then tried to add my baby to the appointment and they managed to move our appointment around to fit us both in for a long consultation with Dr Thripp. She is wonderful, so thorough. The ladies at reception were so accommodating & friendly. We will definitely be making this our permanent doctors practice as I was very impressed. The practice itself is very clean and not crowded.

We had nice experiences with Dr. Farah. Dr. Farah made me relax, she is very kind and gentle. My husband visited Dr. Andrew one time, had great experience with him as well. I will definitely recommend going to this clinic, considering wait time which is way to less as compared to other clinics. you don’t need to wait for longer.

I was made aware of a faster option for emergency treatment by NSW Health Nurses online so we chose SMG ... from the moment I walked in the door my thoughts on emergency units changed. Marie was friendly and thorough Dr Lin the same and Renee did bloods and other checks with lots of friendly reassurance. I was contacted back 48 hrs after bloods to advise of outcome and what action would be necessary. This concept clinic is amazing and the best medical treatment I have received in a very long time. Highly recommend them all here - thorough and real. Can I also add that Dr Lin's forward thinking saved me a great deal of further pain and his assumptions after conversation that really involved me as a patient were 'spot on'.

I have been coming to Spring Medical since August 2023, and the reception staff (Wendy, Renee and Laurel) are wonderful and friendly every time. They are always helpful and compassionate. The doctors are also thorough and respectful, this is a wonderful practise and i will continue coming here because the all around service and experience is exceptional.

Best medical centre I’ve ever attended. The staff are kind, courteous, obliging, and very professional. It’s a real family practice. What also impressed me was the on-site radiology, so the doctor was able to give me almost instant feedback. No need to make a separate appointment to obtain x-ray results. Can’t recommend this excellent practice highly enough.

10/10. The best doctors clinic I’ve been to. Aimee on reception was fantastic, the nurse Jess was wonderful. Dr Akra was amazing and is the first doctor that has ever properly listened to me. From start to finish my entire experience was great. Will definitely be making this practice my regular one!

Amazing service with phenomenal staff! Can't recommend Spring Medical Gosford highly enough. Thank you to Tamara on reception, Nick the nurse and Dr Ghanna 👌 After spending days in hospital with no progress, you guys sorted the problem in an hour. The whole team is friendly, caring and efficient. With my warmest appreciation and gratitude 🙏

Wonderful staff, from reception to nurse to Dr and X-ray operative were all so helpful, positive and made the experience a positive happy one.
